Five priorities for Ward 6.
Ward 6 has heard general promises before. Here is where Chris stands — specific enough to hold him to.
Supporting local Ward 6 businesses helps boost and promote additional revenues into our city. Chris will push for local hiring, youth employment, and tax policies that reduce reliance on residential property taxes.
Ward 6 residents are seeing more visible crime and homelessness. Chris will bring police, community services, and provincial partners to the same table — pushing Queen's Park to fund the mental health and housing supports that municipalities can't carry alone. He will also push to reform the escorted e-scooter and e-bike program, which has created safety and accountability gaps on Ward 6 streets.
Property taxes are pushing people out. Chris will push for spending discipline and less waste — including calling out programs like the speed camera signage rollout, where the city spent money erecting signs after the fact, only for the province to ban the program entirely.
Reinvesting in the services Ward 6 actually uses: coordinated signal timing along Brant, Guelph Line, Walkers Line, and Appleby Line; improving public transit reliability; and pushing for snow gate systems on residential plows so driveways stop getting buried after every pass.
Millcroft’s future affects every resident in this ward. Chris will push for public updates through the provincial process, clear criteria for any future phase, and a committed next step whichever way the Minister’s decision goes — with brownfield sites prioritized before any public greenspace. And he will aggressively fight to get Millcroft residents their green space back.

Chris’s family moved to Headon Forest over 30 years ago from Quebec, looking for better opportunity — and found it here. He went to school at St. Gabriel and Notre Dame and built friendships in this community that have lasted a lifetime.
Chris brings over 6 years of project management experience and more than 10 years in sales, account management, and business development. He has worked across public, private, and non-profit sectors — managing projects and senior relationships with department heads and executives including school board facility managers, fire chiefs, and representatives of the Canadian Nuclear Society. Contracted to deliver on their behalf, he has completed major projects for Apple, Home Depot, and FedEx. He filed his nomination papers on August 4, 2026 and is officially on the ballot.
